Anti-Discrimination, Diversity and Inclusion Policy
MAGIC CHAPEL | LOVE IS LOVE
At Magic Chapel we believe that love understands no labels, genders or conventions. Every story is unique, and all of them deserve to be celebrated with the same freedom, respect and enthusiasm.
We are a space open to every form of love and we are committed to offering a safe, inclusive experience free from discrimination, from the first contact to the last dance.
Our commitment
At Magic Chapel we guarantee equal treatment for all people, without distinction based on sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, sex characteristics, race, origin, nationality, religion, disability, age or any other personal or social condition.
Every couple and every person who books our services will receive the same respect, the same booking conditions and the same pricing criteria, without discriminatory differences.
We respect the name, identity and pronouns chosen by each person, regardless of what appears in their official documents. We are committed to using inclusive language in our communications, forms, contracts and promotional materials, avoiding assumptions about identity, gender or the composition of couples.
We also guarantee the confidentiality of personal information in accordance with current data protection regulations. We will never share information relating to our clients' sexual orientation or gender identity without their express consent, except where legally required.
A safe space to celebrate
We want every person who walks through the doors of Magic Chapel to feel welcome, respected and free to be who they are.
This commitment extends to our team, collaborators and suppliers, promoting a working and celebratory environment based on respect, equality and diversity.
We do not tolerate discriminatory, offensive or exclusionary behaviour. In the event of any such situation, we are committed to listening to the people affected, reviewing what happened and taking the appropriate corrective measures as diligently as possible.
Commitment to continuous improvement
Inclusion is not just a statement of intent, but a way of working.
That is why we are committed to reviewing our practices, communications and procedures periodically, at least once a year, in order to continue making progress on LGTBIQ+ diversity and inclusion, paying particular attention to respecting trans and non-binary people.
The management of Magic Chapel will be responsible for overseeing compliance with this policy and for dealing with any query, suggestion or incident related to discrimination.

LOVE IS LOVE. ALWAYS.
At Magic Chapel it doesn't matter who you love, how you identify or how you decide to celebrate your story.
Here, love is always welcome.
